Send only the fields you want to change. At least one field is required.
metadata is shallow-merged with existing metadata. Supplied keys are added or
overwritten, omitted keys remain unchanged, and setting a top-level key to null
deletes it. An empty metadata object makes no metadata changes.
Only payment intents with
pending status can be updated. Once processing
starts or the payment reaches a terminal state, the endpoint returns 409.
